Our headquarters is in Vaughan, Ontario, with 15 distribution centres strategically located across Canada. Our Toronto and Winnipeg locations also include sheeting facilities and many of our locations offer Cash and Carry stores to local customers.

2015 – Central National-Gottesman Inc. (CNG), one of the world’s largest privately held pulp, paper, packaging and tissue companies purchased Spicers Canada Limited. Now named Spicers Canada ULC.
2012 – Coast Paper, Roll-O-Vert and Spicers in Canada consolidate into one proud company, Spicers Canada Limited.
2006 – PaperlinX acquired Cascades Resources and began operating under the Spicers brand. PaperlinX becomes the leading distributor of fine paper and graphic arts supplies and equipment in Canada.
2002 – PaperlinX completed its geographic coverage of Canada by acquiring Montreal-based L.P. Turgeon Inc., a trusted distributor of printing and writing papers.
2001 – PaperlinX expanded in North America with the acquisition of the Vancouver-based Coast Paper Limited, a leading independent merchant of high performance printing and office papers in Canada.
2000 – PaperlinX Limited is formed.
1996 – Spicers Paper acquired major paper distribution businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
1994 – Acquisitions are consolidated as one company, Spicers Paper Inc.
1985 – 91 – Spicers Paper grows with the acquisition of seven paper distribution and paper marketing companies in the United States.
1978 – Australia and New Zealand consolidated its position.
1969 – Spicers Paper extended its network to New Zealand.
1896 – Spicers Paper was established in Australia.
