Frequently Asked Questions

Account & Access

My company has a Spicers account, but I don’t have a gospicers login. How can I request one?

Please complete the form here.

I’m having trouble logging in. Who should I contact?

If you receive the message:

“You have entered an invalid username or password. Please try again.”

This means the username and/or password entered does not match our records. Please note that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password”, then enter your username or email address. A password reset link will be sent to you by email.

If you receive the message:

“Please contact customer service at your local branch,”

your login credentials are correct, but your account has been suspended. This typically occurs due to inactivity (accounts with no orders in the past year are automatically suspended).

Please contact your local Spicers branch to have your account reactivated.

How do I change my gospicers password?

Once logged in, click on the “My Account” icon. You will be directed to the user information page, where you can update your username, password, phone number, and other details.

A user with a gospicers login is no longer with our company. How can I remove them?

An account administrator can manage users by editing or removing them under your company’s account.

Orders & Quotes

How do I request a quote?

To request a formal RFQ, please contact your local Spicers branch.

Alternatively, gospicers provides up-to-date pricing based on your account.

How do I cancel an order that has already been placed?

How do I modify an order I just placed?

Please contact your local Spicers branch as soon as possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If your order does not qualify for next-day shipping, you will be notified in your order confirmation.

Can I use my own courier to pick up my order?

Yes. Select “Pick Up” at checkout and arrange for your courier to collect the order from your local branch.

Please coordinate the pickup time directly with your courier and refer to your branch’s hours of operation on the Locations page.

How do I view current orders across locations?

Go to “My Account” (top right), then select “Current Orders” under My Orders.

You can filter results by date, location, and order status (open or closed).

I’m not receiving order confirmations. What should I do?

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address associated with your gospicers account.

To verify your email:

  • Click “My Account”
  • Go to “Update User Information”
  • Confirm your email address is correct

If everything is correct and you’re still not receiving confirmations, please contact your local branch.
